Ladies,

We believe one of the best gifts in life is sisterhood. The ability to love, care, and purposefully guide ourselves and each other is not only important — it is life-changing. We want to personally welcome you to a space where it is ok to be perfectly imperfect. Each one of you has a unique purpose that we plan to celebrate.

Lisa’s Girls is about getting past the surface. In 2011, we lost one of the most important people in our lives, our mother, Lisa Rogers. She was everything to us. She was our validator, our safety net, our hype woman, encourager and best friend. Most importantly, she was our example of womanhood, sisterhood and being an amazingly beautiful citizen
of this world.

Life became frustrating and complex for not only us but for other young women around us. How do you learn the things someone did not teach you? How do you become better without help? How do you deal with hurt with no one to be in the ring with you or hold you or others accountable. We need each other.

This life is filled with hills and valleys that are meant for us to conquer together.

Whether it was being frustrated that Mom passed away before she taught us how to cook or trying to navigate how to have healthy friendships and professional relationships with those around us - especially women - we began to understand the power of community, resilience and being culturally and emotionally well rounded.

We are so honored to create a space where you can unapologetically learn how to love yourself, push yourself, encourage others, work with others and be part of something that is bigger than you are.

This is personal for us. You are personal to us. Welcome to the beginning of a journey that you will keep for the rest of your life.

Welcome home,
Alexis, Morgan and Mia
